Building Science Associates specializes in providing stock and custom historic style home designs for traditional and new urbanism developments. Though we have designs available in a variety of styles, our latest designs, seen in the New Urban Classics collection, combine the romanticism of historic architecture with innovative floor plans. Our construction drawings strive to be environmentally and builder friendly by their efficiency in use of space, materials and ease of understanding at the jobsite. We provide design services for builders, developers and individuals. Owned and operated by Robert Martignoni since 1988, our designs have received numerous local and national awards and have been built in all areas of the country. Though many of our designs are marketed by national publications, the New Urban Classics collection is available exclusively through BSA.
